Submitting Your Rebate Application

Be prepared to provide us with the following documents:

Applications must be submitted with proof of purchase. Acceptable examples of proof of purchase include:
1. Retail Installment Sale Contract (example)
2. Purchase/Lease Agreement
3. Sales Agreement
4. Final Price Sheet
5. Buyer’s Order (example)
6. Bill of sale (private sale)
The OUC customer and/or authorized person’s name must be on the proof of purchase.

Rebate Requirements & FAQs

Requirements: A rebate application must be submitted within six (6) months of your EV purchase/lease date along with the proof of purchase.

Eligibility: Available for OUC electric customers. This rebate is intended for passenger vehicles only. Scooters, skateboards, bicycles, etc. are not eligible.

Reimbursement: Customers will receive an approval email once the application has been submitted, reviewed and approved by one of our conservation support specialists. Rebate will be paid as a credit on your bill.

Exemptions: Not available for OUC water-only customers.
